Refunds & cancellations
I want you to feel comfortable with what we agree before work begins. Here is how refunds work for each studio service. All prices below are in US dollars.
Product Launch Package — US$149
The special introductory launch price is US$149; the regular price is US$249. Cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work starts, any refund covers the unfinished portion, based on the scope agreed before payment. Completed custom work is generally not refundable for a change of mind.
One-off Update — US$39
Cancel before work begins for a full refund. After work starts, I will refund any unfinished portion of the agreed update.
Product Care — US$24/month
Cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges. Your service continues through the period already paid. You can cancel through the ThriveCart Customer Hub, or contact me for help.
As a goodwill provision, you may request a refund within seven days of a monthly charge if no work has begun and no plan benefits have been redeemed during that billing period.
If I cannot deliver the agreed service
I will refund the undelivered portion. If something does not match our agreed scope, contact me so I can address it.
Loyalty rewards
Product credits and anniversary bonuses have no separate cash value. Refunded service periods do not count toward rewards.
Sales results
Refunds are not based on sales performance. Sales, traffic and revenue are not guaranteed.
Requesting a refund
Email roberta@wghill.com with your order details to request a refund. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
