Privacy notice
Beyond the Post Studio is a personal service run by Roberta. This notice explains website inquiries, service emails and billing.
Information you choose to share
An inquiry may include your name, email address, publication URL and the message you write. These details are used to respond to you, assess whether the service is a fit and discuss a potential project. Please do not send passwords, payment information or confidential manuscripts through this form.
How inquiries are delivered
The embedded inquiry form is provided by Sender (sender.net). Your details are stored in a dedicated studio inquiry group in the studio’s Sender account, where Roberta can read and respond to your request. This is an inquiry, not permission to send newsletter or promotional emails.

Website operation
The site’s hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
No separate website analytics script is enabled. The embedded Sender form loads content from Sender, whose service may process technical information and use cookies or browser storage to operate and protect the form.
Service payments
Service checkout and billing management are provided by ThriveCart, with payments processed through Stripe. These providers process checkout, payment, receipt and subscription information. Beyond the Post Studio does not receive your full card details. Payment records are used to provide the purchased service and manage billing. Purchase and cancellation emails
Cloudflare receives ThriveCart notifications to trigger service emails. Notifications for unrelated offers are discarded. For studio purchases and Product Care cancellations, the customer email address is passed to Sender to send the relevant service message. This connection does not add customers to a newsletter. Cloudflare stores a hashed event identifier, delivery status and timestamp to prevent duplicate messages; the integration does not store full payment details or customer profiles. The integration credentials are stored as encrypted server-side secrets.
